Return & Refund policy

Do you accept returns ?
Closetmino provides returns for all item except **sale items (and purchased via any discount code), promotion items, bundle sale, accessories, inner wear (bralette / panties) and specifically stated non-returnable & non-exchange items. All returns have to be informed via email within 5 days from date of delivery. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made (all item in that order) with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

Qipao purchased from 1st February onwards is not eligible for return or exchange.

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes, size exchange is allow for item comes with sizes AND if the sizing still available. This include for promo items, sweet prices items, bundle sale items, EXCEPT for item specifically stated non-returnable & non-exchange items. Buyer shall bear the both ways return & exchange postage.

Free size item is NOT allow for exchange if purchased via any discount code / promo / sweet price / bundle sale.

Free size item purchased under normal price is allowed for unsatisfied return with credit refund only.

Bra top purchased under bundle sale (2 for RM99) is allowed for size exchange, color exchange or exchange to other bra top under same bundle sale, strictly no refunds.

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. Can I still made a return?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receive.

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).
No cash refund in any condition, we only provide refund via store credit terms.

How do I return an item?

Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with template below within 5 days upon receive parcel. Any return after 5 days upon receive will not be entertained:

Reason : example ( Size exchange  / unsatisfactory item / Defective Items (with photo proof) / Incorrect item received (with photo proof) )

Step 2: Wait our email reply before mail out. Return the item via courier within 3 days to the address provided in email.

Step 3: Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned item. 

We will email you once we receive your returned item and your return request will be processed within 1-3 working days.

What is your return policy?

  • All returns have to be informed via email within 5 working days from date of delivery and 3 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
  • Oversea purchase is not entitled for any return.
  • Returns are provided for all items (except sales / promotion items/ bundle sale / sweet price, intimates, accessories and bag).
  • All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn with the tag attached, packed in original packaging. Item which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions and return without informing us at email [email protected]
  • Store credit refund only, strictly no cash refund in any condition.
  • Store credit can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
  • If we find the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper care, damaged, deteriorated through wear and tear, damaged caused by incorrect attempt at modification or repair, or any conditions other than it's original condition; we reserve the right not to replace or refund. We may require you to pay all the reasonable shipping costs and servicing costs at our current standard fee and cost.

  • Any duplication payment via ipay88 will be refunded via store credit (full amount). If you choose to cancel the duplicated ipay88 payment and refund to your bank account, 3% of transaction fee will be charged.
